Depression has more than the usual meaning for me. Often known to be an intense feeling of sadness or low mood for weeks, months or even years. It is deeper than it sounds. It is a global phenomenon that is not often talked about yet an estimated 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression. Over six million of adult aged 18 years and above currently go through it.
